ChromiumIt is a kind of silver white metal with blue microstrip. The method of plating a layer of chromium on the metal surface by electrolysis is called chromium plating. The chromium plating layer has a strong bonding force with the base metal. The bonding strength of the coating and steel can be greater than the bonding strength of the steel itself.
Flexible shaftIs the surface is not hardened straight optical axis,The hardness is generally HB200 ~ 300, which is equivalent to HRC25. Flexible shafts are not suitable with linear bearingsused together,Generally used for transmission devices.Hard shaftRefers to the material after quenching and tempering treatment or surface high-frequency quenching, the hardness generally reaches HRC60 or so of the linear optical axis, can be used with linear bearings.The hardness of the chrome-plated rod is HRC60 2, the Vickers hardness reaches 800, the outer diameter accuracy g6/h7/f7, the hardened layer depth is usually 1-3mm, the straightness of the linear optical axis is ≤ 0.15/1000mm, the roundness is ≤ 0.01mm, and the thickness of the chrome layer is 0.015-0.05mm. In this way, the corrosion resistance of the linear optical axis can be enhanced, and the material can be avoided.
